I received the Pie in a Bottle as a gift. Last weekend we were having company for dinner and I needed to make something easy for dessert. So, I used the product to make a pecan pie as I had pecans and a shell in the house. The finished product was very tasty and this was an easy dessert to prepare. Hello Ken. I have a suggestion for your basic recipe. I use three eggs in mine. It makes the pies resemble more the "Derby Pie" that you purchase in retail. I have made several different pies, mostly pecan, chocolate-pecan, chocolate-walnut and the cinnamon-pecan. Thanks to your product, it saves time and ingredients for me. I can produce several pies a night. I took three pies to our annual Christmas Eve dinner and they went over really well. Thanks again.

Pie in a bottle.....what a breakthrough for me, the hate to cook gal. Made and everyone enjoyed the Turtle pie for Thanksgiving. Skip and I plan on visiting you Sat. Dec. 11th at Moore High School. Hey Ken, all I can say is one word. FANTASTIC!!! I'm about effective as a "one arm paper hanger" when it comes to cooking. But believe it or not I made a pecan pie using your "Pie in a Bottle", some pecans we brought home from Georgia, pie crust from Wal-Mart and a little overseeing from the wife (head cook). It smelled soooo gooood when it was baking. Could hardly keep her out of it while it was cooling. We both had a piece late last night and like I said it was FANTASTIC. I love pecan pie any way and for me to be able to make one with "Pie in a Bottle", I'd say anyone could make one. It's that easy. Thanks a lot. I'll have to get some more from you.
