To become a PIE IN A BOTTLE™ retailer, start by ordering 48 bottles (4 cases of 12 bottles each). The suggested retail price is $4.49 per bottle. Your store will then be added to our Local Stores page. PIE IN A BOTTLE™ may also be ordered in two-gallon containers for food service use. Each two-gallon container makes 32 pies.

PIE IN A BOTTLE™ is bottled by Flavorcraft, LLC (formerly Southern Dream Foods) in Louisville, KY. You can feel confident the quality of PIE IN A BOTTLE™ is consistent in color, flavor and texture. Ingredients are processed to meet strict standards and bottled to ensure reliable, safety-sealed packaging.

PRICES
F.O.B. Weikel Foods. (All freight is shown on invoice.) Prices subject to final confirmation and availability. Prices subject to change without notice.

ORDERS AND SHIPMENT
Our standard shipping is UPS ground. There is no handling fee. We ship UPS each working day.

TERMS
Net 30 days. All first time orders are shipped C.O.D. A finance charge of 1.5% monthly will be added to all late payments.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Weikel Foods must be notified within 72 hours and the product returned within 5 days of receipt in the original packages for full refund to be granted. Shipments returned within 6 to 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Those taking 31 to 45 days will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. No returns after 45 days.

DAMAGED GOODS
For a refund to be issued for goods damaged in transit, the customer must provide an affidavit with a description of the damage. This must be signed by the driver.
